Her caring and helpful persona puts clients at ease because they know she is doing absolutely everything possible to make each transaction an enjoyable one. Brittany White: Client Care Coordinator

Brittany brings a vast array of leadership and interpersonal skills to the team.  She provides clerical support in preparation of sales contracts and addenda.  She also helps the team in keeping client data base and information current, assists with showing, contracting, inspections, and follow up.  Her vibrant personality makes a great asset to the team!

 

 

 

 

Cindy Troop: Expert Loan Officer

Cindy has been in the mortgage industry for over nine years and is considered to be an expert in her field.  She has an extensive knowledge of the loan process and prides herself on having high moral standards, excellent communication and outstanding customer service.  She is dedicated to helping her clients reach their goals by customizing a financing solution that works for their situation.  As a private mortgage banker she has been a consistent top producer due to her knowledge of business, marketing, sales and customer service, along with her desire for top performance.

 

 

 

Mike Davis: Homeowner’s Insurance Agent

Mike and his team assists the Team in their “One-Stop-Shop” conceriege service by providing our clients a low cost homeowner’s policy and making the real estate transaction go smoothly.  In addition he helps Jon’s pro-active business approach by providing a Clue Report (insurance claim report) on each property that is listed for sale the first week it goes on the market to insure prospective buyers of a clean report and low rates. His Agency also specializes in providing Auto, Home, Life, and Financial Solutions.

 

 

 

 

Diana Griffeth: Title Insurance

Diana has over 15 years of real estate experience.  She joined North American Title in 2009 and provides exceptional service to our clients.  She proves to be an expert in her field, she is reliable and a consistent resource to both our firm and our clients.  Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, spending time with family, and a multitude of outdoor activities.

 

 

 

 

John Bloomer: Real Estate Attorney

John’s practice focuses primarily on sophisticated real estate, lending, general corporate and commercial transactions. He has over thirteen years of experience in negotiating, structuring and closing transactions throughout the United States and Canada. John’s past ownership of a successful real estate company and his education in business uniquely enable him to connect with our clients from a business perspective. He actively works to meet our client’s objectives, evaluating risks and formulating exit strategies to ensure bottom line success.

 

 

Rod Miller: Licensed Home Inspector

Rod is owner of Miller Property Inspections.  He is also a licensed, professional inspector who works the entire D/FW metroplex.  For the past 25 years his experience in the construction industry ranges from a few thousand dollars up to eight million.  His reports are computer generated with photos and available via e-mail or hand delivered within a 24 hour period.  Rod is great at giving our clients peace of mind through his detailed inspection reports and reviewing them with our clients.
